Deb Carlson

Class of 2019

Deb received a BA degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from SMU. After a short career in the airline industry, and a long career as an entrepreneur starting and owning four businesses, she and her husband retired to Gulf Shores in 2010. She joined Impact 100 Baldwin County in 2014 and has  served on Focus Groups analyzing financial statements of grant. She has been a member of the Executive Board of First Liberty Institute for 25 years, a national non-profit that protects our First Amendment Right to freedom of speech and worship. Deb is passionate about Impact 100 because she feels that it “gives everyone the opportunity to make a difference and leave a legacy.”
